European credit fund prices fell to a 5.4% discount in March 2020 and led the bond marks by two days
Median discount to day end net asset value for European listed funds in March 2020, from calculations on the thirty largest funds per category by end 2019 assets. European extremes reached as much as 10 per cent. No significance statistic is reported.
Investment grade bond funds in Europe traded at a median 5.4 per cent discount to their published asset value at the depth of March 2020. Equity funds were at 0.2 per cent. The fund price moved before the underlying bond marks did.
