The regulator's European figure and the central bank's platform figure differ by a factor of about 1.78 for overlapping periods, because the populations differ. Both are reported. One industry report's figure of 12.9 million for 2022 is a count of penalties, not a euro amount, and it reproduces the central bank's monthly count almost exactly.

One day settlement applies from 11 October 2027. The window between trade and settlement goes from roughly 22 to 26 hours to about two, against four and a half hours in the United States.
