The list as published, read in two separate copies hosted by two different European supervisory authorities, which agree with each other. The list carries no date, no reference number and no lead overseer for any provider. The published implementation plan placed final designation in October to November 2025.
The designation test requires at least ten per cent shares on two metrics plus a systemic customer, and at least a ten per cent substitutability share. The list was read in two separate copies which agree with each other.
