Regulation (EU) 2019/2088, read at the Official Journal. The absence of the word label is a read based absence and is flagged as such: it means the word was not found in the text served, not that a court has held the point.
Articles 8 and 9 are disclosure provisions whose titles begin with the word transparency. Neither sets a threshold. The supervisors' own guidance calls them product categories, and the Commission now says the market used them as quasi labels.
