End of 2022, from the supervisor's statistical report. Investor liquidity exceeds portfolio liquidity in every single fund type, which is the structural feature the measure exists to expose. No significance statistic is published.
The supervisor publishes portfolio liquidity against investor liquidity for each fund type. Over one week, real estate funds offer redemption on 9 per cent of net asset value against 1 per cent they could actually liquidate, and commercial property is worse.
