The US oil reserve is down from 726.6 to 307.7 million barrels

The EIA publishes US crude and product stocks every Wednesday at 10:30 New York time. The Strategic Petroleum Reserve alongside it has fallen from 726.6 million barrels in 2009 to 307.7 million. Government barrels are now part of the supply flow, not background.
