The four quarters of 2021 sum to exactly 400.0, so the base checks out. No standard error or significance test is published for any value.
The statistical office's bankruptcy declaration index reached 195.9 in the second quarter of 2026, nearly double its 2021 base and 41.65 per cent above the last quarter before the pandemic. The pandemic trough itself is entirely imputed data.
