Everything the four supervisory documents opened for this page report on allowance correlation. The first three rows come from the 2022 final report, the fourth from the 2025 carbon markets report. No allowance to power correlation and no pass through coefficient appears in any of the four.
The claim that the European carbon price drives power prices has no quantified support in the four supervisory documents opened for this page. The one measured allowance correlation set puts equities at 38 per cent, coal at 23 per cent and everything else below 20.
