Dutch Title Transfer Facility prices from the Commission's quarterly gas reports. The first two rows are the levels implied by the stated percentage changes against the 30 euro fourth quarter 2025 average and are marked as implied rather than quoted, because the reports give the percentages and not those levels. The fourth quarter of 2025 was the lowest quarterly average since the crisis began in the second half of 2021, apart from the first quarter of 2024.

The Dutch benchmark averaged 30 euro per megawatt hour in the fourth quarter of 2025, down 68 per cent from the same quarter of 2021 but still 37 per cent above the first half of 2021. Storage averaged 61 per cent across 2025 against 78 the year before.
